Why no prices on the page?
Council size varies from a few thousand accounts to hundreds of thousands. A fair price depends on accounts, staff, modules and migration effort, so we quote after a short discovery call.
Can we start with some modules and add more later?
Yes. Many councils start with finance and revenue, then add procurement, payroll, assets and water as they are ready.
Do residents pay to use the payment pages?
Residents pay their bill as normal. Any payment-provider charges follow your council’s agreement with the provider.
